RE-PLAN: Evidence-Based Response Planning

This research focuses on the development of computational methodologies and tools for creating and testing bio-emergency response plans. Non-Medical Factors & Hospital Re-Admissions

In collaboration with Dr. Dale Yeatts (UNT Sociology), this study examines non-medical factors that contribute to hospital readmissions (e.g., inability to purchase medicines, living in unhealthy environments, lack of social supports). A pilot study is being conducted in Denton in collaboration with Medical City Hospital, Denton.
